Hermes Agent OS is INSANE π€―
This is the full story of everything we've built into Hermes β your own AI control room. It makes pictures. It makes videos. It talks out loud. It does big jobs on its own and saves them all tidy. In this guide I'll walk you through all nine parts, in plain English: what we built, why we built it, and what it does for you. By the end you'll see just how much one simple setup can do.

We've added so much to Hermes lately that the version you'd open today looks nothing like the one from a few months ago. So I wanted to put it all in one place and explain it simply. No tech words. Just what each part does and how it helps you.
I call the whole thing The Goldie Hermes Stackβ’ β nine parts that all live in one place and work together. Every part is built. Every part works today. Let's walk through them, one at a time.
β JulianThe moment Hermes clicked
For a while, Hermes was just a simple helper. But every week, a member would ask for one more thing. "Can it make images too?" "Can I talk to it out loud?" "Can it make videos?" "Can it keep my files tidy?" Instead of saying "maybe one day," I kept building. One piece at a time. Late nights, early mornings, real member requests.
And slowly, all those little pieces added up to something much bigger. Hermes stopped being one helper and became a whole control room full of helpers β all working together, all in one place. That's what this page is about: everything we built, why we built it, and what it can do for you. 3,200+ members in the AI Profit Boardroom helped shape every piece of it.
Before you scroll: read every part. Each one does something different and useful. If you only read about one, you'll miss the others β and the real magic is how they work together. So here's the deal: read it all, pick the two parts that would help your work the most, and set them up this week. Then come into the Boardroom and tell us which ones you turned on. We'll help you with the rest. Deal?
Part 1. OpenClaw Studio β five helpers in one place
What we built: one tab that holds five helpers β make a picture, search the web, make a voice clip, make a video, and talk out loud. Why we built it: members were jumping between five different websites to do these things. That's slow and annoying. So we put them all in one place. Here's what each one does for you:

Type what you want. Get an image.
Describe a picture in plain words and it draws it for you in seconds β a logo, a social post, a header for your blog. You don't need any design skills. What's in it for you: you stop paying a designer (or fighting with photo tools) for simple images.
Ask a question. Get fresh answers.
It looks across the live web and X (Twitter) and brings back what's happening right now, with links so you can check it. What's in it for you: quick research for your business β what competitors are doing, what people are saying β without 20 open tabs.
Turn words into a real-sounding voice.
Type some text, pick a voice, and it reads it out loud as an audio file. What's in it for you: instant voiceovers for your videos and podcasts β no microphone, no recording, no editing.
Build a short video from a simple idea.
Tell it the idea ("a 60-second intro about my business") and it builds the video for you β for free, right on your own computer. What's in it for you: fresh videos any time, with no monthly video-app bill.
Have a real conversation, by voice.
Press a button and just talk. It listens and talks back, like a phone call. It takes a few seconds to reply, so it feels like a thoughtful friend, not a robot. What's in it for you: plan your day or brainstorm ideas while you walk around β no typing.
Nope. Use the ones you need and ignore the rest. Most people start with one β usually pictures or video β and add the others later. They're there when you want them.
Part 2. Goal Mode β give one instruction, walk away
What we built: a way to tell Hermes a goal in plain words β like "write me four blog posts about my topic this week" β and it does the whole thing on its own. It plans the steps, does the work, saves it for you, and tells you when it's done. Why we built it: so you can give one instruction and go do something else. The computer works. You live your life.
This year we made Goal Mode much better. Here's what's new and why each one helps you:
Open any file with one click
When Hermes finishes a piece of work, you can click it and see it right away β a web page shows as a web page, a picture shows as a picture, a video plays. You can even see exactly what changed since last time. What's in it for you: no hunting through folders. Click, and there's your work.
If the power cuts out, Hermes picks back up
Computers crash sometimes. Before, that could lose a half-finished job. Now, when Hermes starts back up, it checks everything, cleans up, and carries on where it left off. What's in it for you: peace of mind. Your work is safe even if your computer isn't.
Clear writing, with the sources
Hermes' answers now look clean and neat β proper headings, lists, and links. When it looks something up, it shows you where it found it, so you can check. What's in it for you: you can trust what you read and share it straight away.
Your chats are always there
Close the app, restart your computer, come back tomorrow β every conversation is still right where you left it, and you can search them all. What's in it for you: you never lose a great idea or a useful chat again.
There's a Stop button right there. Press it and Hermes stops politely, finishing the step it's on. You can then fix the instruction and start again. You're always in charge.
Part 3. AI Avatar Studio β be on camera without filming
What we built: a way to make a digital copy of yourself β your face and your voice β one time. After that, you can make "talking to camera" videos by just typing the words. Why we built it: filming yourself every day is hard work. Lights, camera, re-takes. This skips all of it. What's in it for you: you can show up on camera every day without ever turning a camera on.
To show what it can do, the dashboard comes with three ready-made videos:
A one-minute tour
When you first open the dashboard, a quick video says hello and shows you around. Later, you can swap it for your own.
A 90-second show-and-tell
A quick run through the main helpers, one after another. Members put this on their own websites when they sell this as a service.
How a real morning looks
A friendly walk-through of a normal Monday β setting a goal, doing research, planning out loud. It shows how the whole thing fits into a real day.
Not at all. This part is totally optional. You can make videos with just words, pictures, and music if you prefer. The face-copy is only there for people who want to be on camera a lot without the hassle. Skip it if it's not for you.
Part 4. The free video maker β $0 every time
What we built: a tool that makes real videos right on your own computer. Why we built it: most video apps charge you every single time you make a video. That adds up fast. This one is free, every time, forever. What's in it for you: make as many videos as you want and never get a bill for it.
From idea to finished video
- 1. Idea β you tell Hermes what you want ("a 60-second intro about my business").
- 2. Script β Hermes writes the words and plans the scenes.
- 3. Build β it lays out the text, pictures, and movement.
- 4. Make β your computer turns it into a real video file.
- 5. Done β the finished video is saved, ready to post.
Nothing. Every time.
Your own computer does the work, so each video costs $0. A newer computer makes videos quickly. An older one still works, just a bit slower. Either way, the price is the same: free.

Every part above is shown live
This guide is the written version. Inside the AI Profit Boardroom we walk through every part on screen, step by step β plus four live calls a week where a real person helps you set up your own. 3,200+ members. Plain English. Always.
Join the AI Profit Boardroom βPart 5. Workspace β your tidy filing cabinet
What we built: a tidy filing cabinet with 10 labelled drawers β one for blog posts, one for videos, one for pictures, and so on. Every time a helper finishes something, it gets put away in the right drawer. Why we built it: when your helpers make lots of stuff, it's easy to lose track of it all. What's in it for you: you always know where everything is.
- Auto-sorting: finished work goes into the right drawer on its own β you don't sort anything.
- Quick peek: click any file to see it right there β pictures, videos, web pages, all of it.
- One search box: type a word and it finds your file across all 10 drawers in a second.
- Nothing gets broken: even if your computer hiccups, your files stay whole and safe.
"Everything you make, sorted into the right drawer, easy to find. No more 'where did that go?'"
Part 6. The add-ons store β give Hermes new powers
What we built: a little store of add-ons (think of them like apps on a phone). Click one, and Hermes can suddenly do something new. Why we built it: so Hermes can keep growing without you waiting for us. What's in it for you: new powers, one click at a time. A few you can add today:
- Notebook β turn your documents into summaries, audio, and slides.
- Computer helper β let Hermes click around an app for you when there's no other way in.
- Web helper β let Hermes use a web browser, fast.
- Timers β have Hermes do jobs at set times (like "every morning at 8").
- Files helper β let Hermes open and tidy files on your computer.
- β¦and around 30 more, all added with one click.
This is the part that makes Hermes grow forever. Anyone can build a new add-on and share it, so the store keeps getting bigger. We only list ones that are safe and useful. See the full list in The Hermes Add-Ons guide β.
Yes β if you're a bit techie, you can build your own and share it with your whole team. If you're not, no worries: the store already has plenty, and we add more all the time.
Part 7. Antigravity β a whole team of coders, working together
What we built: a coding room where several helpers work on the same project at once β like a small team. One writes the code, another checks it, another tests it. Why we built it: big projects are too much for one helper. A team gets it done faster and catches more mistakes. What's in it for you: bigger things get built, and built better, with less work from you.
- Split the work β give each helper its own part of the project.
- See who did what β watch exactly what each helper changed.
- Built-in checking β one writes it, one reviews it, one tests it, then it ships.

Part 8. Notebook β drop in documents, get answers
What we built: a place to drop in your stuff β PDFs, web links, notes β and then ask questions about it. It can even turn your documents into a little audio show, a video, or a slide deck. Why we built it: reading long documents is slow. This reads them for you and explains them. What's in it for you: learn from a pile of documents in minutes, not hours.
- Add anything β a web link, a file, some text, or a Google Drive doc.
- Make it easy to enjoy β turn it into audio, video, or slides with one click.
- Fix one bit β change a single slide without redoing the whole thing.
- Add your own notes β keep your thoughts right next to everything else.
- Share it β send a link to a friend or your team.

Part 9. Skills β your own recipes for getting things done
What we built: a way to save your favourite jobs as "recipes." A recipe tells Hermes exactly how you like a job done β what to write, how to write it, and where to save it. Why we built it: so you only explain a job once. After that, you just say the recipe name. What's in it for you: the way you do things gets baked in, so every result sounds like you and looks like you. Some examples:
- Blog post recipe β a full post in your voice, ready to publish.
- Video script recipe β a 60-second script with notes for the visuals.
- Outreach recipe β friendly emails in your voice, ready to send.
- Build-and-check recipe β one helper builds, another checks, then it ships.
Best part: recipes can call other recipes. So a big job is just a few small recipes joined together. Over time, your recipes become a collection of exactly how your business works β and nobody else has yours.
"Your recipes are your secret sauce. Hermes follows them perfectly. Nobody else has the same ones."
