The Goldie Idea Foundry™ + Agent OS.
Here's the new framework I just built into my Agent OS. You drop in an idea — any idea, half-formed, one line, voice note, whatever. Then agents take over. They figure out what it is. They route it. They write a plan. There's ONE place you step in — you approve it or kill it. After that, a project-manager agent and its subagents actually build the thing and ship it. A real landing page. A real app. A real game. From one sentence. One human checkpoint. Everything else is agents. It runs on a model on my own Mac — so it's $0 and private. This is the Goldie Idea Foundry.
I was you. Then I built the Idea Foundry.
Before
I had a notes app full of dead ideas.
Every good idea hit the same wall — I'd write it down, then nothing.
No time to research it. No time to plan it. No time to build it.
The idea just sat there rotting while I did client work.
By the time I came back, I'd forgotten why it mattered.
Then I wired the Idea Foundry into my Agent OS.
After
Now I drop the idea and walk away.
My agents classify it, plan it, and hand me one decision.
I tap approve from my phone.
By the time I'm back at my desk, the thing is built and running.
Ideas don't die in a notes app anymore. They ship.
You can have this too. Same system. Same path.
Commit to shipping one idea today. Not someday.
You've seen the proof above. Real people. Real results.
The next ten minutes show exactly how this works.
So here's the deal.
Pick one idea you've been sitting on. The one that's been in your notes for months. Promise yourself you'll run it through a system like this before you sleep tonight. Just one. Because the moment you make this shift — from "I'll build it later" to "it builds itself" — everything about how you work changes.
The people sitting still are watching their best ideas go stale. The people building today are the ones who'll look back in six months and say "that was the moment."
Be one of those people.
Commit to the shift. Commit to shipping one idea today. This changes everything about how you build.
The Goldie Idea Foundry™
A foundry takes raw material and forges it into something finished. That's what this does with your ideas. Five stages turn a half-formed thought into a shipped build — and you only touch one of them.
Capture
You drop the idea and forget it. No structure, no tags, no folder. A voice note, a link, one messy line — anywhere. It lands in your vault and the agents take it from there. The friction that used to stop you is gone.
Classify & Route
An agent reads it and decides what it actually is — a project to build, a quick task, an idea to park, a reference to keep, or something to flag for you. The right ideas get pushed forward. The noise gets filed. You sort nothing by hand.
Plan
For anything worth building, an agent drafts a real plan — what it is, the approach, the milestones, and which subagents will build it. You get a finished proposal to react to, not a blank page to fill.
The One Gate
This is the only place you step in. You read the plan and you make one call — approve or reject. That's your whole job. One human checkpoint. Everything before it and after it is agents.
The Forge
On approve, a project-manager agent spins up its subagents and builds the actual deliverable — a working landing page, app, or game — and ships it. You watch it appear, running, inside your dashboard.
Why your ideas keep dying in a notes app.
Most people capture ideas fine. They just have no system to turn them into anything. Here's the gap.
- Write the idea in a notes app
- Mean to research it "this weekend"
- Open a blank doc, stare, close it
- Forget why the idea mattered
- Pay a freelancer, wait two weeks, get something off
- Most ideas never get built at all
- Result: a graveyard of good ideas
- Drop the idea — one line, no structure
- Agents classify + route it for you
- An agent drafts the full plan
- You approve once from anywhere
- Subagents build the real deliverable
- It ships, running, in your dashboard
- Result: ideas become shipped things
Fair. So I ran five ideas through it while writing this guide — one sentence each. You'll see the actual outputs below: a real consulting landing page, a SaaS page, a particle visual, a portfolio, a game. Real screenshots, nothing touched up.
One board. Left to right. Inbox to shipped.

Everything sits on one board, flowing left to right. You watch your ideas move through it.
You drop a line into the capture bar at the top. It appears in Capture. You tap "Shape it" — and in about fifteen seconds the agents classify it and, if it's a project, write the plan. It slides into Human Gate.
That's where you come in. You read the plan. You hit approve. The agents start building — and the finished thing lands in Shipped, running, with a "view what was built" button. You click it and there's your deliverable, live.
It all saves to your Obsidian vault as plain markdown. So your whole idea pipeline is yours — readable, searchable, forever.
You type an idea in a box and tap approve. That's it. That's the whole job. The agents do the classifying, planning, and building. If you can text a friend, you can run this.
Five ideas in. Five real builds out.
Here's what came out of one week of dropping single sentences into the Foundry and approving the plans. Each one was built by the agents, on my own Mac, for $0. Real screenshots.
Tap any one to play it live — it loads only when you click, so the page stays fast. Or open it full-screen.
"A particle galaxy you can swirl with your mouse." Out came 40,000 stars you drag and dive through — with a live control console (swirl, spread, trails).
Open full-screen →"A sleek dark portfolio for a 3D artist." Out came floating colour-blocked project cards, slick motion, and a striking hero.
Open full-screen →"A playable retro neon space shooter." Insert coin — move, aim, fire, bomb. A real, glowing arcade game from one sentence.
Open full-screen →"A premium SaaS pricing page with three tiers." Out came the full product page — nav, hero, feature sections, monthly/annual pricing, footer.
Open full-screen →"A landing page for my AI consulting service." Out came an elegant dark hero over a living constellation backdrop, with real CTAs.
Open full-screen →It runs on a model on your own Mac. No cloud. No per-token charge. Every build above cost exactly zero. Private, too — your ideas never leave your machine.
If you want this in one place.
The Idea Foundry is one part of the Agent OS — the full operating system I built that connects Claude, OpenClaw, and Hermes into one dashboard with shared memory. When you drop an idea, your agents already know your business, your goals, your voice. So the plan they write and the thing they build actually fit you.
- The full zip file + every prompt
- The Obsidian memory setup so your agents know your business
- Coaching calls where I walk you through the whole thing
- A 30-day roadmap to get it running

Three beliefs holding you back right now.
If you've read this far and still haven't committed to building this, three beliefs are in the way. Let me handle each one.

Tap "Shape it"
The agents classify it and draft the plan. About fifteen seconds. It moves to Human Gate.
Read the plan, then approve
Your one job. If it's right, hit approve. If not, reject and move on.
Watch it build
The agents build the deliverable and ship it. You can stop it any time with one tap.
