The Agent OS — one dashboard, every AI agent, $0 per token. Used daily by 3,000+ founders.
Stop juggling 14 tabs and three $20/month subscriptions. The Agent OS
wires every AI tool you use — Claude, Codex, Hermes, Gemini, Antigravity, OpenClaw,
Free Claude Code — into one dashboard you own. Shared memory across every chat. Preview
every output inline. Save ~$300 a month in tool costs, ~20 hours a week in tab-switching,
and finally finish the things AI was supposed to help you finish.
You open ChatGPT. You ask it to write something. You copy-paste the output
into another tab. You search for the file you generated yesterday. You can't
find it. You try a different model. You hit a rate limit. You give up and
go back to doing it manually.
The problem is not the AI. The AI is fine. The problem is the interface.
You're using AI like a vending machine — one ask, one answer, walk away.
Meanwhile the people winning right now are running AI like an
operating system. Memory across sessions.
Agents that build things while they sleep. Generated assets that live in one
searchable workspace. Voice in. Preview inline. Auto-saved to vault.
The old way vs the new way.
Same person. Same goal. Two completely different daily workflows.
Copy-paste from one model into the next, lose half the formatting every time
Pay $20/mo for ChatGPT, $20/mo for Claude, $20/mo for Midjourney, $11/mo for ElevenLabs — and you still hit rate limits
Generated assets land in random Downloads folders. Two weeks later you can't find that one image you loved
No memory. Every chat starts from zero. You re-explain your business 30 times a day
Cold start every morning — 25 minutes lost just opening tools before you produce anything
You feel like AI is making you faster but the day still ends with the same to-do list
New way One dashboard
One tab. Localhost:3737. Every agent on one screen — Claude, Codex, Hermes, Gemini, Antigravity, OpenClaw, Free Claude Code
Same chat box, switch agents with one click. Output from one feeds straight into the next
Zero per-token cost via Free Claude Code → OpenRouter proxy. Same Claude CLI. $0 instead of $50+/week
Every image, video, audio file, HTML page auto-saves to a searchable Workspace tab. Click → preview inline
Persistent memory + Obsidian vault auto-logging. The system already knows your tone, niche, customers
Open laptop → dashboard already running → first prompt sent inside 10 seconds
You actually finish things. Codex Goal Mode keeps working while you sleep
"The gap between people who figured out how to wire AI together and people
still copy-pasting between tabs is now bigger than the gap between people
with AI and people without it."
— Julian Goldie
The Agent OS. One screen, every agent, every output.
I run my entire business out of one dashboard. It lives on my machine. Nothing
in the cloud. No SaaS bill. No tracking. When I want to chat with Claude
Code, I click Claude. When I want to build a video with HyperFrames,
I click Hermes. When I want to set a goal and walk away for hours,
I click Codex. When I want it all free, I click Free Claude Code.
Every output gets saved. Every conversation gets logged to my Obsidian vault.
Every image, video, HTML page, and audio file Hermes generates renders right
inside the dashboard. No more "where did I save that file again?"
1.
Mission Control
Live status of every agent. Latency, version, queue depth, model in use. One glance.
2.
Unified chat
Same chat box, every agent. Type once, route to whichever AI is best for the job.
3.
Workspace previews
Anything any agent builds — HTML apps, MP4 videos, images, audio — renders inline.
4.
Vault memory
Auto-logged to your Obsidian vault. Searchable. Forever. No data lock-in.
Hermes Workspace · 23 HTML apps · Live iframe preview
Above: the Hermes agent's Workspace tab. Every HTML app, page, and asset I've
ever asked Hermes to build, surfaced automatically. Click any → it renders
live in the preview pane on the right. The cinematic image is the cover of
one of my Agent OS guides — generated by Hermes from a 6-word prompt.
Watch · Hermes Agent OS · Deep-dive walk-through
★Skip the setup pain
Want this dashboard ready-made?
The full setup — every agent wired in, the design system applied, the workspace previews working out of the box — lives inside the AI Profit Boardroom. Members get the install + the source + a walk-through.
Anthropic's Claude is the gold standard for coding agents. But the bill adds
up fast — $15 per million output tokens. Run it all day, you're at $50+ a
week. We route it through a local proxy to OpenRouter. Same exact tooling.
Zero per-token cost. ↘ saves 90%+
Free Claude Code · Built a Pomodoro app · Preview pane right side
Above: I asked Free Claude Code to "build me a Pomodoro timer in HTML."
Ten seconds later, the .html file was in the workspace + rendering live in
the preview pane on the right. Click Preview / Source / New tab / Save / Copy.
That's the workflow — ask, build, ship.
✓Same Claude Code CLI. Same interface, same tool use, same MCPs.
✓Owl Alpha by default. Free 1M-context model on OpenRouter. Or swap to any model.
✓Workspace preview. Anything Claude writes → click → renders inline.
✓Persistent history. Auto-saved to localStorage. Never lose a conversation.
I describe what I want. Hermes builds it. The output lands in the Studio
grid where I can preview it, play it, save it. No third-party tools. No
upload-download-upload cycle. The dragon in the screenshot below? Built from
a one-sentence prompt while I was making tea.
I dump every URL, every PDF, every transcript into NotebookLM. Then I
generate audio overviews, infographics, and mind maps. All of it shows up
in the Notebook tab + saves to my Obsidian vault. The audio plays inline.
The video assets render inline. Searchable forever.
Above: my Notebook tab. Audio overviews from NotebookLM playing inline.
AI: Co-worker, Economy, Control. OpenClaw: Your AI, Your Risk. Architecture
diagrams + power-and-peril deep dives. Each one is a 19-minute audio overview
I generated in 30 seconds from a Skool community URL.
The setup is the hard part. Wiring seven agents together, applying the design system, building the preview iframe pattern, configuring the proxy. That's what AI Profit Boardroom members get out of the box.
This is the one most people don't even know exists yet. Codex's Goal Mode
lets you hand the agent a long-horizon objective — "build me a 3-page
landing site for an AI tutoring service" — and it runs --full-auto
in a dedicated scratch dir until the goal is met. Hours or days.
I set a goal at 11pm: "Generate 5 unique blog posts about AI automation, formatted for Netlify deploy"
I wake up at 7am
5 blog posts are in my workspace, ready to push live
Total cost: 0 (Codex via ChatGPT Pro, already paid for)
That's what running AI like an operating system looks like. While you sleep,
the work happens. The Goal Mode timeline shows every command, every file
written, every assistant message — like watching a junior developer work,
without paying a junior developer.
Every single person who said yes to Agent OS was talking themselves out of it
five minutes before they joined. Here's what the voice in your head is probably
saying — and what's actually true.
You: "I'm not technical. This sounds like a developer thing."
Reality: If you can copy-paste a single command and click "open" on a folder, you can run this. The whole point of the system is that I did the technical part once so you never have to. Members go from "I've never touched a terminal" to "my whole business runs through this dashboard" inside one weekend. The install walk-through is 11 minutes long. That's it.
You: "I don't have time to learn another system right now."
Reality: You're already using AI — you're just using it the slow way. The 30 minutes you spend setting Agent OS up gives back 30 minutes a day. That's 180+ hours a year. The math is unfair. The real question isn't "do I have time for this" — it's "how much more time am I going to lose by not having it?"
You: "I'm already paying for ChatGPT Plus. I don't need more AI tools."
Reality: Agent OS isn't another AI tool. It's the operating system that runs all of them at once — including the ChatGPT Plus you're already paying for. Plus you stop paying $50+/week for Anthropic tokens because Free Claude Code does it for $0. The Boardroom price pays itself back in 4 weeks just on the saved Anthropic bill.
You: "What if I buy it and don't use it?"
Reality: You have 7 full days to try every agent, run the install, sit in a live call, and decide. If it's not for you, send one Skool message and you get every penny back. No "how do I cancel" maze. Two clicks. The reason 3,000+ members are still here is they use it every single day.
You: "I'm not building an AI business — I run a {coaching / agency / SaaS / e-com / content} business."
Reality: Even better. Agent OS is for people who run real businesses and want AI to be invisible infrastructure underneath them — not for people who want to be an AI business. The members inside the Boardroom run agencies, ecom stores, content brands, coaching practices, SaaS companies. The system doesn't care what you sell. It just makes the engine room faster.
You: "I tried setting something like this up myself. It broke."
Reality: So did I, six times, before the version you see now. The difference is — I already did the breaking. The version inside the Boardroom is the one that works on day one. Plus you have me + 3,000 members in the chat the moment anything errors out. You're not figuring it out alone like last time.
You: "I'll come back to this when I have more time / money / clarity."
Reality: That's the same sentence that's been keeping you exactly where you are for the last 12 months. The window where AI is this far ahead of "how most people use it" is closing. Six months from now this is going to be normal — and the people who set it up now will be 6 months ahead of the people who didn't. The cost of waiting is bigger than the cost of joining.
No invented names, no "Sarah K. from Austin" copywriter quotes. Every

I run a 7-figure agency. I publish daily on YouTube, daily Substack, and
a weekly podcast. None of it happens without the Agent OS. I built this
because the alternative — twelve browser tabs, three terminals, and a
broken Obsidian — was killing me. Now it's just one dashboard.
The members inside the AI Profit Boardroom get the exact same setup I run
every day from my studio in Bangkok. Same agents, same design system, same workflow.
Plus the install walk-through, the Skool community, and weekly live calls
where I show what's new.
Agent OS is the headline. The Boardroom is the whole machine. Here's everything
that's waiting for you the moment you click join.

These are the exact questions I get every week before someone joins. I've put
the honest answers here so you can decide without booking a call.
Will this run on my laptop? What if I'm on Windows / Linux / older hardware?
Yes. Agent OS is a Next.js dashboard plus a handful of CLI tools — it runs anywhere Node.js runs. macOS, Windows, Linux, Apple Silicon, Intel, even a 2018 MacBook Air. The heavy lifting happens in the cloud through APIs, the dashboard itself is light. Members have it running on everything from a £400 Chromebook to a Mac Studio.
I'm not a coder. Can I actually install this?
Yes. The install is one paste-into-terminal command, followed by clicking through a setup wizard. The walk-through video is 11 minutes long. Members who had literally never opened a terminal before are running it. If you get stuck, drop one message in the Skool chat — usually answered inside an hour. You're not figuring it out alone.
What does it actually cost to run? Are there hidden bills?
$0 per token via Free Claude Code. That's the headline. If you want to use paid models (GPT-5, Claude Sonnet, Veo) you bring your own API keys and pay the model providers directly — no markup from me. Most members run on free + ChatGPT Plus they already pay for. There is no per-seat, no per-message, no upsell. Your only ongoing cost is the Boardroom membership itself.
How is this different from just using ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor on their own?
Those are great tools. Agent OS is the operating system that runs them all together. One chat box → seven agents. Shared memory. One Workspace where every output lives. Inline preview of anything. Auto-save to your vault. Codex Goal Mode running while you sleep. None of that exists in any single tool. The difference is the same as the difference between owning a hammer and owning a workshop.
Do I need to give you my OpenAI / Anthropic / Google API keys?
No. Agent OS runs on your machine. Your keys stay in your local .env file. Nothing leaves your laptop. No telemetry, no analytics, no "phone home." You can run it fully offline-air-gapped if you want. This is by design — I wanted the thing I'd want to use, not a SaaS product.
How long does setup take, honestly?
30 minutes if you follow the walk-through. About 12 of those minutes are just waiting for dependencies to install while you make tea. The actual hands-on time is closer to 15 minutes. Members who already have Node.js installed have done the whole thing in under 10. Plan a Saturday morning for it. By lunchtime you're using it.
What if I cancel — do I keep the Agent OS files?
You keep everything you've downloaded. The source files, the prompts, the install — all of it stays on your machine. What you lose access to is the Skool community, the weekly live calls, and the future updates. So you'd still have a working Agent OS — just frozen at the version you last downloaded. Most members stay specifically because the updates keep coming.
Is there a refund if I hate it?
7-day, no-questions, full refund. Drop one Skool message. Money back inside 24 hours. No "tell us why" form, no "try harder, here's a discount" maze. We refund people every month — it's a normal part of running a community. The reason 3,000+ members stay is they use it. The reason refunds are rare is because people who don't use it just leave inside the first week.
Will this still be relevant in 6 months? AI moves fast.
That's exactly why this exists. Agent OS is the dashboard layer — the agents inside it are swappable. The day a better model drops, we wire it in. The day a new tool releases, we add a tab for it. That's what your lifetime updates buy. The whole point of an OS is that it outlasts any individual app running on top of it. The interface stays. The contents upgrade. Forever.
I've bought "AI systems" before. They've all been hype. Why is this different?
Because this isn't a system I'm selling — it's the system I actually run my own business on. The dashboard you've seen in the screenshots is the same one I'm logged into right now publishing this page. If it broke, my YouTube channel would break, my Substack would break, my client work would break. The product and the thing I depend on every day are literally the same code. That's why it works — I cannot afford for it not to.
What if I just want to ask one question before joining?
Drop a DM on Skool (free to message) or reply to any of my emails — I read every one. But honestly: the 7-day refund makes asking unnecessary. The cost of joining and looking inside for a week is lower than the cost of going back and forth on email. Just look inside.
You don't decide today. You decide after you've seen it.
7
days
Refund
The no-tricks 7-day refund.
Join today, get the full Agent OS download, sit in a live call, install the
dashboard, try every agent. If at any point in the first 7 days you decide
it's not for you — one Skool DM, money back, no questions, no "let's hop on
a call to retain you," no friction. You keep every file you've downloaded.
That's it. The only way you lose is if you don't try.
Heads up: the $59/mo price is locked in for the life of your
membership — but the price for new joiners goes up as the system
grows. Every new agent I wire in raises the bar.
Today's price is the lowest it will ever be.
Close this tab. Keep doing AI the slow way. Keep paying for four separate
subscriptions that don't talk to each other. Wonder in six months why everyone
else moved past you.
Or — click the button. Install the dashboard tonight. Wake up tomorrow with
Codex Goal Mode already running. Cancel anytime if it isn't for you. The
7-day refund means the worst outcome is you learned how the new stack works
and got your money back.
The system runs whether you're inside it or not. The only question is whether you are.
