"Six people asked. Six shortcuts already existed."
§2 shortcut one · run it anywhere
Your Agent OS, in your pocket.
You do not need a VPS to use your Agent OS away from your desk.
You run Tailscale, it takes about ten minutes, and your phone talks to the Mac at home.
What you are watching: my actual Agent OS open on a phone screen — Mission Control, Prime Agent, the Kanban board and the SEO pipeline, all of it running on the Mac sitting at home.
1. Install Tailscale on the Mac and on your phone.
2. Sign into both with the same account.
3. Open the Mac's private address on your phone.
4. That is it — no ports, no server bill, nothing public.
Thinking it?"So I need to rent a server after all?"
No. A VPS is one way, and it is the expensive way for most people.
The Mac you already own does the work, and the private link just lets you reach it.
"The machine stays home. You stop being tied to the desk."
§3 shortcut two · prime agent
Hand the install to your agent.
Prime Agent is already wired into the Agent OS, and the install instructions are in there with it.
You give that to your agent, it sets itself up, and then you just tell it what to build.
What you are watching: I type one sentence into Prime Agent, it turns autonomous, writes and runs its own Python, and will not stop until both quality gates pass. At the end I open Workspace and every build it has made is sitting there.
The best use case is never the clever one. Look at what you are already doing, then work backwards to the agent that does it for you.
"Look at what you're working on. Reverse engineer from there."
§4 shortcut three · focus
You do not need more platforms. You need focus.
If your content is not reaching people, adding a fifth channel will not fix it.
Feed one properly, and fix the quality before you touch the volume.
What you are watching: five channels, all fed a little, all flat. Then four go quiet, one gets everything, and the line finally starts climbing.
Thinking it?"But how do I know if my content is actually any good?"
Send it to me. Direct message me your content inside the Boardroom and I will take a look for you.
You get an honest read from someone who does this every day, instead of guessing for another six months.
"If it isn't reaching people, that's a quality problem — not a volume problem."
§5 shortcut four · the n8n headache
Stop wrestling n8n. Have it written for you.
Simplify the workflow down to the fewest nodes that do the job.
Then let your AI write the whole thing, and paste it straight in.
What you are watching: a real session on my machine, replayed at reading pace. One plain-English sentence goes in. Four nodes and an importable workflow file come back.
Thinking it?"I have already burned a weekend on this workflow."
Then throw the complicated version away and describe the job in one sentence instead.
The simplest version that actually runs beats the clever one that sits broken.
Your rankings are already telling you what to write.
Give your agent read-only access to Google Search Console and let it read your own data.
The keywords with plenty of impressions and almost no clicks are the ones to go after next.
What you are watching: live Search Console data being pulled inside the Agent OS — 5,000 queries scored in one pass, then filtered down to the ones with impressions and no clicks.
1. Open Google Search Console and get your API access.
2. Give your AI agent read-only access to it.
3. Train it on what a good keyword looks like for you.
4. Ask it for impressions with no clicks — that is the shortlist.
5. Then check what Google suggests when you start typing. Free, and full of keywords the tools miss.
Thinking it?"I do not have enough traffic for this to work."
You need impressions, not traffic, and almost every site has more of those than it thinks.
Impressions with no clicks is exactly the position you want to start from.
"Impressions with no clicks. That's a keyword asking to be taken."
§7 shortcut six · tutorials
Script first. Then the video builds itself.
For product and SaaS tutorials, plug the whole thing together and write the script first.
You edit the script, and the finished tutorial gets generated straight out of it.
What you are watching: one topic typed into the Video Director, and a real scene-by-scene tutorial script coming back with research notes and shot directions. The research wait is trimmed.
