The Search Console Engine — your own Google data tells you what to write next

Your Google Search Console already knows the keywords you're about to rank for. This reads it live — and hands you the exact post to write next.

My story · why I built this

I was guessing what to write. Then my own data told me.

For years I picked keywords the slow way. Open a keyword tool. Sort by volume. Guess at what I could rank for. Pay for content on a hunch. Then wait three months to find out if Google agreed. Half the time it didn't. Meanwhile the answers were sitting in my own Google Search Console the whole time — keywords I was already on page one for, getting thousands of views, earning almost no clicks. I just never looked. Now the Agent OS looks for me. It reads my Search Console, scores every gap, and hands me the exact post to write or fix next — biggest win first. That changed everything. No more guessing. My own data does the picking.

"Is this safe to point at my Search Console?"

Yes. It's read-only. It uses the same read-only Google login the rest of the SEO tab already uses. It can never edit, delete, or change anything in your Google account — it can only read the numbers Google already shows you. Nothing leaves your machine.

The result · real data, right now

Here's what it pulled from one of my sites.

This is a real run — my own Search Console, last 28 days, scored and ranked. No demo numbers. Open the Research tab and you'll see your own.

That top row — "hermes workspace" — is 6,138 people a month seeing my page and almost nobody clicking. No new post needed. Just a title rewrite I can do in ten minutes. The engine found it for me.

"These are all AI keywords — will it find wins in my niche?"

It reads your Search Console, so it surfaces whatever your audience actually searches — recipes, law, fitness, ecommerce, anything. The four patterns are universal; the keywords are yours. Mine happen to be AI tools. Yours will be whatever you sell.

Before you scroll on —

Make one transition today.

You've seen what your own data can tell you. Real opportunities. Already there. Just unread.

So here's the deal I'm making with you.

Before you sleep tonight, promise yourself one thing — you'll stop guessing what to write, and you'll let your real numbers pick the next post. Just once. Because the moment you make that transition, your whole content workflow changes. You stop writing on hope and start writing on evidence.

The people still guessing are getting passed. The people writing what their data tells them are the ones who'll look back in six months and say "that's when it clicked."

Be one of those people.

Commit to the transition. Let your data pick. Starting today.

The framework · the Search Console Engine

The Search Console Engine™.

Five moving parts that turn your raw Google data into the next post you should write. Each one takes a job off your plate.

i.

The Live Read

It reads your real Google Search Console, not a third-party tool's guess about it. Your actual impressions, your actual positions, your actual clicks — straight from the source, read-only.

ii.

The Four Signals

It spots the four money patterns for you automatically — almost-ranking keywords, page-one pages nobody clicks, zero-click gaps, and high-volume terms. You stop hunting; it surfaces them.

iii.

The Score

It ranks every opportunity by the clicks you're leaving on the table — so you always do the single biggest win first, instead of drowning in a spreadsheet of maybes.

iv.

The One-Tap Handoff

Hit "Use topic" and the keyword drops straight into the article writer. Research and writing stop being two jobs. They become one tap.

v.

The Compounding Loop

Write it, watch it rank, read your data again. Every pass surfaces the next win. The list refills itself. It never runs dry.

How it works · the four signals

The four money patterns it spots for you.

Every keyword in your Search Console falls into one of these. The engine tags each one so you know exactly what move to make.

Your queries 4,671 of them Low CTRpage one, lots of views, no clicks → rewrite the title Striking distanceposition 5–20 → one push to page one Content gapimpressions, zero clicks → one post captures it High impressionsbig volume → worth going all-in on Scored + ranked biggest win first
One pile of queries → tagged into four patterns → scored and ranked by the clicks on the table.
"I'm not technical — is this going to be complicated?"

No. You pick a site from a dropdown and click one button. That's the whole job. The four signals, the scoring, the page each keyword ranks on — the engine does all of it. If you can choose your website from a list, you can run this.

The real numbers · my top opportunities

The biggest wins it found, ranked by score.

Score = roughly the clicks you're leaving on the table. Taller bar = bigger prize. These are the real top six from one of my sites, last 28 days.

39,500 hermes workspace LOW CTR 15,124 hermes desktop STRIKING DIST. 9,954 community platforms CONTENT GAP 6,236 hermes webui LOW CTR 5,461 jitro LOW CTR 5,418 hermes desktop app STRIKING DIST. opportunity score · the higher the bar, the more clicks sitting on the table
One run. One site. Six fixes ranked for me — the tallest is a ten-minute title rewrite worth thousands of impressions.
Old way vs new way

Guessing keywords vs letting your data pick.

Here's the shift. The old way is renting a tool that guesses about everyone's data. The new way is reading your own — the one source that knows what you can actually rank for.

Old way · guess + rent a tool
~ hours every week · $100s/mo
  • Pay a keyword tool to guess at numbers for the whole internet
  • Sort by volume and hope you can rank for it
  • Compete with everyone else using the exact same tool
  • Never look at your own Search Console — the data that actually matters
  • Write on a hunch, wait three months to find out you were wrong
  • Result: generic posts, generic rank, wasted effort
New way · the Search Console Engine
~ 30 seconds · free
  • Reads your real Search Console — your actual ranks and clicks
  • Tags the four money patterns automatically
  • Ranks every opportunity by clicks on the table
  • Shows the page each keyword already ranks on
  • One tap drops the winner into the article writer
  • Result: you write what you can already almost rank for — and you win faster
"I already pay for Ahrefs / Semrush — why do I need this?"

Those tools estimate the whole web. They're great for finding brand-new keywords. But they don't know which ones your site is already on the edge of ranking for. Your Search Console does — exactly. This reads that one source and ranks it. Think of it as finally using the data you already own — and it's free with the Agent OS.

The fastest win · the CTR leak

The clicks already sitting on the table.

This is the one that pays the fastest. A page on Google's first page, getting thousands of views — but the title isn't earning the click. No new post needed. Just a better title. Here's that top opportunity, drawn to scale.

"hermes workspace" · 6,138 impressions a month · ranked #8.2 on page one NOW 68 clicks · 1.1% CTR AFTER A TITLE REWRITE ~180+ clicks · ~3% CTR same ranking, same page — just a title that earns the click. That gap is free traffic.
Same page. Same position. A title rewrite turns 1.1% into ~3% — that's the gap the engine flagged.

How to run it · 4 steps

From cold start to your next post, in under a minute.

Open the Research tab.

In the Agent OS, head to the SEO Content Pipeline and click Research. The Google Search Console badge should read ✓ CONNECTED.

Pick your site + range.

Choose the site from the dropdown, pick last 7, 28, or 90 days, and (optional) drop in a seed word to filter to one theme.

Hit "Run research".

It reads your live Search Console, scores every query, and lists your opportunities — biggest win first, with the page each one ranks on.

Click "Use topic".

The keyword drops straight into the article generator. Add your transcript, and it writes the post for all your sites. Research → published, one flow.

"I don't have time to do keyword research."

That's the point — you don't do it anymore. The old way was hours in a spreadsheet. This is one dropdown and one button, then the list is sitting there ranked. Thirty seconds, and you know exactly what to write next. The time you save is the whole feature.

Why it compounds · the loop

It never runs dry.

This list refills itself. Every post you ship changes your data — which surfaces the next opportunity. The engine just keeps handing you the next move.

Read your datalive from Search Console Score + rankbiggest win first Write / refreshone tap to the writer It ranks higheryour data shifts → repeat
Read → score → write → rank → read again. Every loop refills the list. It compounds.
Should you use it · three beliefs to drop

What's holding you back.

Wrong: "My site's too small for this to matter."
Right: small sites have the most low-hanging wins — pages stuck on page two that one push lifts. The engine finds them no matter your size. Less traffic to read means a faster answer, not a worse one.
Wrong: "I need an expensive SEO tool to know what to write."
Right: the one source that knows what you can rank for is free, and it's already yours — your Search Console. This just reads it for you. No subscription.
Wrong: "I'll get to keyword research eventually."
Right: those impressions are happening now. Every month you don't fix a CTR leak is a month of clicks you hand to a competitor. The work that used to take an afternoon now takes thirty seconds — there's no reason to wait.
