I stopped guessing at SEO keywords.
That dashboard above is real. It's my AI agent pulling live Google Search Console data across six of my sites and ranking every keyword by how close it is to making me money. Then the same system writes the content and ships it. Live data picks the topic. The agent writes it. I publish. Next week the dashboard shows the lift. That's the whole loop — and I'm going to walk you through every step.
This is the system you're about to copy.
Before I explain anything, look at what it actually does. The agent reads my real search data. It finds the keywords I'm already half-ranking for. Then the Agent Operating System writes the articles and pushes them live. Every screen below is the real thing, running on my machine right now.
No Ahrefs. No guessing. No staring at a blank page. The data tells me what to write, and the system writes it. That's the part almost nobody is doing yet.
I was you. Then I built the Demand Compass.
Before
I used to pick keywords by gut feeling.
I'd open a keyword tool, sort by volume, and pray.
I'd write a post for a keyword I had no business ranking for — and watch it sink.
Meanwhile I had pages sitting on page one getting zero clicks, and I never even knew.
The breaking point — I realised I was ignoring thousands of real visitors Google was already trying to send me.
So I pointed an AI agent at my own Search Console and let the data decide.
After
Now every Monday my agent tells me the exact keyword to write next.
Not a guess — a keyword I'm already ranking 7th for, with thousands of people searching it.
The Agent OS writes the five articles. I click deploy.
And the next snapshot shows the clicks climbing. Every week it compounds.
You can have this too. Same agent. Same screen.
Commit to transitioning today. Not someday.
You've seen the dashboard. You've seen the wins. You know this is real.
The next ten minutes show you exactly how I wired it together.
So here's the deal I'll make with you.
Promise yourself one thing right now — you'll finish this guide and try one piece of it before you sleep tonight. Just one. Because the moment you stop guessing at keywords and start reading your own data, everything about how you grow online changes.
The people sitting still are getting passed. The people who start reading their data today are the ones who'll look back in six months and say "that was the moment it turned."
Be one of those people.
Commit to the transition. Commit to taking action today. This is the moment guessing ends.
The Goldie Demand Compass™.
A compass doesn't guess which way is north. It reads a real signal and points. That's exactly what this system does with your traffic. Four moves. Each one hands off to the next. Together they're a loop that gets stronger every single week.
You pull real demand, not guesses
The agent reads your live Google Search Console — the exact words real people typed to find you, and where you already rank for them. This is your data. No tool's estimate. The truth.
The needle swings to the biggest win
It sorts every keyword into two piles — almost-ranking and ranking-but-not-clicked — and points you at the one sitting on the most traffic for the least effort. You always know the single best thing to do next.
The keyword becomes finished content
You hand that keyword to the Agent OS. It writes five real articles across your sites, on-topic and ready to publish. You go from "what should I write" to "it's written" in one move.
You ship it and the data shows the lift
One click deploys it. The dashboard logs a new dated row every week, so you watch the clicks climb. The win feeds the next pull. The compass keeps pointing. It compounds.
How most people pick keywords vs how the data does it.
- Open a keyword tool and sort by search volume
- Guess which ones you could actually rank for
- Fight every other person using the same tool for the same words
- Write a post for a keyword you have zero authority on
- Ignore the pages already ranking that get no clicks
- Wait 3–6 months to find out it didn't work
- Result: generic post, generic rank, wasted month
- The agent reads your own Search Console — real demand
- It shows the exact keywords you already half-rank for
- It flags the page-one pages leaking clicks (a title fix, not a new post)
- The Agent OS writes the five articles for you
- One click ships them to all your sites
- Next week's snapshot shows the clicks climbing
- Result: the right topic, fast lift, traffic that compounds
Those tools show you what everyone sees — estimated volumes for the whole internet.
This reads your data — the keywords Google is already showing your pages for and the clicks you're leaving on the table. Different data. Nobody else has it. You're not competing for it.
One command. Your whole network, ranked by opportunity.
This is the part that replaces hours of keyword research. I run one line in Claude and the agent pulls every site's live Search Console data — read-only, nothing it can change — and writes a living dashboard straight into my notes.
The command is literally this:
python3 ~/.agentic-os/gsc-report.py
It pulls all six of my sites, classifies every single keyword, and updates two things: a dashboard that tracks my progress over time, and a keyword table for each site. Every run adds a new dated row, so I'm watching the trend, not just a snapshot.
If you can paste one line and hit enter, you can run this. That's the whole skill.
Inside the Boardroom it's a saved command — you don't even type it, you just ask. Members who'd never opened a terminal are pulling their data in minutes.
Then it reads the data the way a strategist would
Here's the bit that makes it an agent and not just a report. It sorts every keyword into two piles — and those two piles are where all the money is.
Pattern A — striking-distance
Keywords sitting at position 5 to 20 with real searches. Google already likes the page. A small push breaks it into the top three, where the clicks live. On one of my sites, deepseek harness sits at position 5 with 951 impressions — one nudge from page-one gold.
Pattern B — CTR leaks
Keywords ranking on page one but getting under 1.5% of the clicks. The page ranks fine — the title just isn't earning the click. This is the fastest win there is, because you don't write anything new. You rewrite a headline.
The single biggest one on my whole network? The keyword hermes workspace — about 19,000 searches across two sites, ranking 7th to 9th, getting under 1% of the clicks. That's hundreds of visitors a month sitting right there. One title fix captures them.
It reads your Search Console — your niche, your pages, your real searchers.
It doesn't matter if you sell coaching, courses, software, or socks. If Google is showing your site to anyone, the agent finds the keywords you're closest to winning.
Now the keyword becomes five finished articles.
Here's where most people stall. You know the keyword — but writing the content is still hours of work. Not here. I take the keyword the agent found and drop it straight into the SEO pipeline inside my Agent Operating System.
Look at that screen. It says it plainly: pick a keyword, generate five unique articles, deploy to your funnel. I paste in hermes workspace — the leak the agent just found — and hit generate. The OS writes five different articles, each one optimised for that keyword, each one unique so they don't clash.
There's even an auto-deploy toggle. Flip it on, and the moment the writing finishes, it ships live. Keyword to published, hands-off.
You don't write it. The OS does. Your whole job is picking the keyword — and the agent already did that for you.
Thirty minutes on a Monday gives you a week of content that's actually aimed at traffic you can win.
And the agents just pick up the work
It's not one tool doing one thing. Every job lands on a board, and the agents run it. Here's my actual board — look at the "done" column.
An SEO keyword map of 50 clusters. A programmatic SEO playbook. Five blog topics outlined for the Boardroom. That's not a demo — that's a normal week. I drop the work in, the agents take it, and it comes back done.
That's the beauty of starting from the data. You're not gambling on a brand-new keyword nobody's shown you for.
You're strengthening pages Google already ranks — moving a 7th-place page to 3rd, or fixing a title that already gets impressions. You're pushing on doors that are already half open.
Want the keyword agent and the SEO pipeline, already built?
Everything I just showed you — the keyword-research agent, the SEO content pipeline, the kanban, the shared memory — lives inside the Agent Operating System in the AI Profit Boardroom.
It connects Claude, OpenClaw and Hermes into one dashboard. Your agents share one memory. They know your sites, your goals, your business. So when the agent finds a keyword, the writer already has your context. Everything compounds.
- The full Agent OS zip — the keyword agent, the SEO pipeline, every surface you've seen here
- The Search Console setup done for you, plus every prompt and command
- 4 coaching calls a week with people running this in production right now

- Daily tutorials, the prompt library, and a member map to connect locally
- A room of 3,500+ operators — agency owners, founders, creators — online 24/7
Ship it. Then watch the data move.
This is the part that makes it a system and not a one-off. Every time I run the agent, it adds a new dated row to the dashboard. So I'm not looking at a single snapshot — I'm watching a trend line.
Next Monday, I pull again. The pages I fixed have climbed. The clicks on hermes workspace tick up. That win shows up as a higher row on the dashboard — and the agent points me at the next opportunity. Pull, read, build, ship, repeat. The compass never stops pointing.
That's the whole thing. Live data picks the topic. The OS writes it. I publish. The data proves it worked, then hands me the next move. No guessing, ever again.
The data tells me what to write. The system writes it. The dashboard proves it worked. I just steer.
