I ────── The Hermes Command Crew™
New in Agent OS — Hermes tab · July 2026

The Hermes Command Crew™.

Two named agents that work for you, and never clock off. Apollo is the mouth and hands — you speak, your Mac acts. Astros is the eyes — it watches your niche all day. Both feed one shared brain.

Two fully-clothed figures side by side: a winged butler operator in a long flowing chiton speaking golden sound waves into a glowing laptop, and a hooded robed watcher draped as a star constellation gazing over a grid of video screens, both linked to one glowing vault of light between them

This is what an operating system for agents really looks like. You don't sit and drive one chatbot all day. You hire named agents, and they work for you. Apollo waits for your voice. Astros watches your competitors while you sleep. And every single thing they learn gets written into one shared Obsidian brain — that both of them can read back. All of it lives on one dashboard, in the Hermes tab of my Agent OS.

III ────── My story · why this matters

I was you. Then I stopped doing the work my agents could do.

Before

I typed every request into a chat box, all day long.

I re-explained the same context to a fresh AI, over and over.

I hunted YouTube by hand every morning for what to make next.

I caught trends a day late, after the wave had already broken.

And the notes I took got lost in files I could never find again.

Then I gave my Agent OS a voice and a pair of eyes.

After

Now I say "Apollo" from across the room and my Mac gets to work.

It answers in a calm butler voice, runs real tasks, and remembers what I tell it.

Astros watches my whole niche every day and hands me ready titles.

And both of them write everything into one Obsidian brain they share.

So nothing gets lost, and nothing gets forgotten.

You can have this too. Same tools. Same path.

IV ────── The receipts

Real people. Real wins. Inside the Boardroom right now.

Here's who's already running this stack — agency owners, ecom founders, course creators, solo operators. Different businesses. Same result.

I'm not going to paste invented quotes here. The wins are real and written by the members themselves — agency owners, ecom founders, course creators, solo operators. Read them in their own words.

Commit to hiring your first agent today. Not tomorrow.

You've seen the proof above. Real numbers. Real system, live on my machine right now.

The next ten minutes show exactly how Apollo and Astros work, and how to run them yourself.

So here's the deal.

If you're reading this — promise yourself one thing right now. You're going to finish this guide AND try one voice command or one Astros sweep before you sleep tonight. Just one. Because the moment your Mac starts working for you instead of you working the Mac, everything changes.

The people sitting still are getting passed. The people implementing today are the ones who'll look back in six months and say "that was the moment."

Be one of those people.

Commit to the transition. Commit to taking action today. This changes everything about your workflow.

VI ────── The framework

The Hermes Command Crew™.

Four layers. Each one is a job you stop doing by hand — and hand to an agent that never clocks off.

i.

The Voice

You stop typing — you talk. Apollo is your voice butler. Say the wake word and your Mac answers in a calm English-butler tone, runs real tasks, and reports back out loud. "Good day, sir" — then it acts.

ii.

The Watch

You stop hunting — it watches. Astros sweeps YouTube 24/7 for what's breaking in your niche today. Each morning it hands you the hot topic, the heat score, the competitor video, 5 ready titles, 3 angles and a hook.

iii.

The Shared Brain

You stop losing things — it remembers. Both agents write into one Obsidian vault. Apollo logs every voice conversation. Astros logs every sweep. It's one growing memory both of them can read back.

iv.

The Roster

You stop tab-switching — it's one dashboard. Apollo and Astros both live in the Hermes tab, side by side. One screen. One crew. Add more agents any time. You're the boss, not the operator.

Apollo · The Voice you speak → it acts Astros · The Watch 24/7 niche sweep One shared brain Obsidian vault · both write + read One dashboard the Hermes tab you're the boss the brain feeds back → Apollo can read what Astros found, out loud

VII ────── Old way vs new way

Old way vs new way.

Old way ~3 hrs a day, still behind
  • Babysit one AI chat box, typing every single request
  • Re-explain the same context to a fresh AI, over and over
  • Hunt YouTube by hand every morning for title ideas
  • Miss the trend and catch the wave a day too late
  • Tab-switch between ten tools and lose your place
  • Scribble notes into files you'll never find again
New way ~0 min — the crew runs it
  • Talk to Apollo by voice — say the word, it acts
  • Astros scouts your niche 24/7 while you sleep
  • 5 ready titles + angles + a hook, handed to you daily
  • One shared Obsidian brain both agents write and read
  • One dashboard — the Hermes tab, the whole roster
  • Nothing lost — every voice chat + sweep is logged forever

VIII ────── Meet Apollo · the voice

Say the word. Your Mac gets to work.

Apollo is the mouth and hands of the crew. Flip the wake-word toggle once, and it stands by. Say "Apollo" from across the room and it starts listening — no click, no keyboard. It answers in a calm English-butler voice, runs the task, and reports back out loud.

The Apollo tab live in the Agent OS — a glowing arc-reactor core that pulses while it listens and speaks, with realtime mode, the wake-word toggle, a one-tap briefing button and the butler voice picker

The real Apollo tab, live on my Mac — the core pulses while it listens, with the wake word, one-tap briefing, and the "Ash (Apollo · butler)" voice picker.

Here's a real one. I say: "Apollo, what's on my plate this afternoon?" And it answers: "Two priorities remain from your daily note, sir — shall I read them?" It read my own Obsidian note back to me, out loud, without me touching the keyboard.

You: "Apollo — remember the new mic arrives Thursday."
Apollo: "Noted, sir. Written to your vault."

That last part is the magic. Every voice conversation with Apollo gets logged straight into your Obsidian vault. So the thing you told it out loud on Monday is still there on Friday — permanent memory, written by voice.

The Apollo console — the live transcript of a voice conversation, the action it ran, and the confirmation it was logged to Obsidian.

Apollo's voice loop — say the word, it hears, acts, speaks back, and writes the whole thing to your shared brain.
"I'm not technical. Can I really run this by voice?"

If you can flip a toggle and talk, you can run Apollo. It lives in the Agent OS dashboard and runs in your browser — no setup, no terminal. Members who'd never opened a command line say "Apollo" every morning and it briefs them. The full setup comes as a zip with a plain-English walkthrough.

IX ────── Meet Astros · the watch

It watches your niche while you sleep.

Astros is the eyes of the crew. It sweeps YouTube 24/7 for what's breaking in your niche today. Then it writes the findings straight into your Obsidian vault. Each one comes with the trending topic, a heat score, the category, and the competitor video that's winning right now.

The Hermes Astros tab live — a deep-space star map dome where each trending topic is a glowing constellation star, with topic dossier cards below showing the heat score, the competitor video receipt and five ready titles

The real Astros tab, live — the star map with every topic as a clickable star, and the dossiers below with heat scores, competitor receipts and ready titles.

Here's a real sweep from today. On 2026-07-08 Astros logged the top topic: "Fable 5 Token Cost Optimization", heat score 95. The competitor receipt attached: Chase AI's "Claude Fable 5 Use Cases You Must Do NOW" — 311K views. Under it, three more moving topics: "Claude Code Agent Loops", "Karpathy LLM Wiki", and "GLM-5.2".

Every logged topic hands you five ready title options. It hands you three angles too — a contrarian take, a build-along, and a comparison. And it hands you one opening hook line. So the blank page is already filled in before you sit down to record.

"Will this work for my niche? I'm not in AI."

The watch is just keywords and channels — yours, not mine. Ecom, fitness, finance, coaching, local business: swap the seed keywords and Astros hunts YOUR competitors instead. The scanner doesn't care what you sell. It cares what's moving.

✦ ✦ ✦
X ────── The shared brain

Two agents. One memory.

This is the part that turns two tools into one crew. Apollo and Astros write into the same Obsidian vault. Apollo logs what you say to it. Astros logs what it finds each day. And because it's one shared brain, Apollo can read Astros' findings back to you out loud.

You: "Apollo — what did Astros find today?"
Apollo: "The hot topic is Fable 5 token cost, sir. Heat ninety-five. Shall I read the titles?"

You never open a folder. You never copy-paste between two apps. The eyes see it, write it down, and the voice reads it back. That's the whole point of a crew — they hand work to each other, so you don't have to.

The shared brain Apollo logs voice what you say Astros logs sweeps Apollo reads back out loud, on ask
The shared brain — Apollo writes, Astros writes, and Apollo reads it all back to you by voice. One memory, forever.
"Doesn't running Agent OS burn a fortune in tokens?"

No — that's the biggest myth about it. Agent OS runs the everyday 90% on a free local model on your own machine, with nothing leaving it. Free APIs slot in for more. And for the frontier work it drives the CLIs you already pay for — your Claude subscription already includes the Claude CLI, and Agent OS plugs straight into it, so you're not paying twice. Astros scanned YouTube on the keyless tier — $0. And inside the AI Profit Boardroom there are full token-optimisation tutorials, so you cut usage to the bone and never think about it again.

XII ────── Three beliefs to drop

What's holding you back.

Wrong: "Voice control is a gimmick. Typing is faster anyway."

Right: Typing is faster than talking only when you're already at the keyboard. Apollo works from across the room, hands-free, while you do something else — and it remembers every word in your vault. That's not a gimmick. That's a second pair of hands.

Wrong: "I know my niche. I don't need an agent watching it for me."

Right: Chase AI pulled 311K views on a Fable 5 video while you were doing other things. You can't see a wave forming by checking YouTube twice a week. Astros watches 24/7 so you catch the topic while it's still hot.

Wrong: "Two AI tools just means two more things to babysit."

Right: Not when they share a brain. Astros writes what it finds, Apollo reads it back to you out loud, and you never open a folder. A crew hands work to each other. That's less to manage, not more.

Don't take my word for it

XIII ────── The SOP

Run the crew yourself — 7 steps.

Open the Hermes tab in Agent OS. Apollo and Astros sit side by side.

Flip Apollo's wake-word toggle. Say "Apollo" and ask it anything. It answers in the butler voice.

Tell Apollo something to remember. "Apollo, remember the mic arrives Thursday." It writes it to your vault.

Seed Astros' keywords. Add 5–10 phrases your buyers search. Leave channels empty — it finds them.

Run a sweep. Astros reads your niche and hands back topics with heat scores, receipts and ready titles.

Ask Apollo what Astros found. "Apollo, what did Astros find today?" It reads the topics back out loud.

Let it run. Astros re-sweeps 24/7 and logs to Obsidian. Apollo stands by for your next word.

XIV ────── Recap

"You speak. It acts. It watches. It remembers. That's a crew — not a chat box."
Your move

Six months from now, this is normal.

The people who hire a voice butler and a 24/7 scout today will look back in six months at a business that runs itself — while everyone else is still typing every request into a chat box. The Agent OS gives you Apollo, Astros, the shared Obsidian brain, the Video Director, the Kanban teams, every CLI you already pay for and the free local models that keep costs at zero — one dashboard, one zip file, with coaching calls where we set it up together, step by step. Daily tutorials. A 30-day roadmap. 4,000+ founders, someone online whenever you get stuck. And every new tool that ships — I add it to the OS the same week, so your crew gets stronger without you lifting a finger.
