The Hark Pro app is a free personal AI agent from Hark Labs that you can download on iPhone, iPad and Android, or open in a browser at hark.com.
It is the same agent everywhere, so your chat, your memory and your Panels follow you from your phone to your laptop.
I tested Hark Pro on the free plan on camera, and the question I get most is where the app actually is and how to set it up on a phone.
So here are the confirmed store links, a five-minute quick-start, what to do first, and where the app fits beside an Agent OS.
Hark Pro is the software Hark Labs calls "the operating system for your life".
Hark's guide says Hark is the company and the intelligence, and Hark Pro is the software on the web and in the iOS and Android apps.
It is a chat app that remembers you, thinks ahead and uses its own cloud computer to finish jobs on the web.
That cloud computer is called Handoff, and it signs in to sites, fills in forms and completes bookings and orders.
Brett Adcock, who also founded Figure and Archer Aviation, founded Hark Labs.
Hark Pro launched on 6 October 2026, and I recorded my test on the free plan the next day.
When I opened it, it felt like the Apple of AI agents, and like what Apple should have released.
There are three official ways in, and I confirmed that each link loads on 11 October 2026.
| Platform | Where to get it | What the listing says |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision | Hark Pro on the App Store | Hark Labs Inc is the seller, it is free with in-app purchases, it is 102.7 MB, and it needs iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later, or visionOS 1.3 or later. |
| Android | Hark Pro on Google Play | Hark Labs Inc. is the developer, it is free with in-app purchases, and the package name is com.hark.android. |
| Mac, Windows and everything else | hark.com | It runs in your browser, and you sign in with Google, Apple or an email address. |
Hark also has a download page with both store buttons and a QR code to scan.
On the day I checked, the US App Store showed a 4.9 rating from 149 ratings.
Google Play showed a 4.8 rating from 193 reviews and 500+ downloads.
The app is brand new, so those numbers will change quickly.
The App Store listing shows English plus 28 more languages and an 18+ age rating.
Hark's terms say you must be at least 18 to use it.
Check that the publisher says Hark Labs, because an unrelated podcast app called Hark Audio appears in the same searches.
Hark lists three platforms, which are iOS, Android and web.
I could not find a native Mac or Windows app on Hark's site or in the stores.
On a computer, you open hark.com in a browser and sign in.
I also looked for a home-screen widget and a watch app in both listings, and neither listing mentions one.
Hark does not publish a country list either.
The App Store listing appeared in every storefront I checked, including the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, India, Japan, Brazil, Thailand and Singapore.
It did not appear in the China storefront.
The Google Play listing loaded for the US and the UK.
I could not confirm a minimum Android version from the listing, so let Google Play tell you whether your device is compatible.
This is the order I would follow on a phone.
Hark greeted me with, "Hi Julian. What's one thing on your plate this week I could take off?"
It suggested booking a trip, a dinner reservation or an appointment.
Leave your wallet until you have watched Hark finish a few jobs properly.
I typed, "Book an Italian restaurant for Wednesday next week."
Hark asked how many people and what time.
I answered "6pm, two people" with a typo, and it still understood me.
Then it started booking one of my favourite restaurants on its own computer screen.
I told it to stop before it completed, because I was only testing.
Connected apps work directly inside Hark's own computer.
With Grok Bot, I often had to log in again through its computer to give it screen access.
I called Hark a very simple, easy-to-use version of something like OpenClaw, straight out of the box.
The onboarding was easier than Grok's too.
🔥 Want the exact personal AI agents on your phone beside the Agent OS setup I run inside my Agent OS?
Inside the AI Profit Boardroom you get the installable Agent OS, step-by-step video tutorials, four coaching calls a week and 3,400+ members building real automations.
Email comes first because Hark's guide says it is the fastest way to get a snapshot of your life.
It also gives Hark a way to schedule your calendar and send messages.
A Panel comes second.
You say "create a new panel" and type what you want.
When I asked for a productivity Panel, Hark asked whether I meant meeting hours versus focus time, or to-do tasks, and it offered to connect ClickUp or Asana.
The example Panels I saw tracked calendar events, Shopify packages arriving this week and new Apple Podcasts episodes.
You could build the same for fitness, workouts or calorie tracking.
"Prep my day" comes third.
It checks your calendar and inbox and builds the day's itinerary.
The example I saw said, "Your inbox is clean. Do you want me to pull in the sales numbers before your team sales meeting at 4 p.m.?"
The proactive inbox works the same way, because it reads your emails, proposes action items and waits for your yes or no.
Hark says its full capabilities are shared across Android, iOS and web, so the phone app is not a cut-down version.
If you already run an Agent OS, you will recognise every part of it.
| In the Hark Pro app | What it does | Agent OS equivalent |
|---|---|---|
| Chat | It is one persistent thread where you ask for anything and where Handoffs happen. | It is the chat tab you talk to your agents in. |
| Handoff | It is Hark's cloud computer that signs in to websites and completes tasks. | It is the computer-use agent. |
| Home | It holds Panels and Action Buttons, and you can even pay bills from it. | It is the dashboard. |
| Panels | They are mini apps you create by typing what you want. | They are your custom dashboard widgets. |
| Action Buttons | They are one-tap cards such as paying a bill or cancelling a subscription. | They are approval prompts. |
| Projects | They are dedicated threads that store files for long-horizon tasks. | They are workspaces. |
| Proactive inbox | It reads your emails and proposes action items for a yes or no. | It is the agent inbox. |
| Side prompts and "show" | They give options like "quiet this" and "close this notification", and "show" pulls things into the chat. | They are slash commands. |
| Attachments and voice | It takes files and voice input, but it does not talk back. | It is your voice dock, without the voice output. |
| Scheduled tasks | It is one section that manages tasks you set up in chat. | They are cron jobs. |
| Specialties | They are multi-step workflows Hark memorises. | They are skills. |
| Memory | It learns from your conversations and forgets a memory when you ask. | It is the memory vault. |
In my test, the integrations were Gmail, Slack, GitHub, LinkedIn, Notion, Amazon and PayPal, plus the option to add a wallet.
Hark's guide also lists Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 as direct Services.
Trip planning shows Handoff at its best, because Hark can find camping spots, write a packing list, tell you when to leave and book flights.
I do not ask one agent to run everything.
I split my world into a personal lane and a work lane.
The Hark Pro app is the personal lane, and it lives on my phone.
It handles bookings, bills, deliveries, my personal inbox and the morning brief.
My Agent OS is the work lane, and it lives on my computer.
It handles content, SEO, research and client work, where I pick the model and keep the files.
The phone is the right home for the Hark Pro app because personal jobs turn up when you are away from your desk.
Approvals are one tap, voice input is faster than typing, and Action Buttons are made for a thumb.
The web version is where I would go to watch Handoff work on a bigger screen.
That split also keeps personal logins out of my work agents.

| Plan | Price on hark.com | US App Store in-app price | Usage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hark Pro | Free | Free | You get the base allowance. |
| Hark Pro² | $20 a month | $26.00 | You get 2x more usage. |
| Hark Pro³ | $100 a month | $129.99 | You get 10x more usage. |
Hark's pricing page says all features are offered in all plans, and upgrading increases usage.
So a paid plan never unlocks a feature.
The price gap is the part to watch.
Hark's terms say that when you buy through an app store, the app store sets the local price.
The US App Store listing shows $26.00 for Hark Pro² and $129.99 for Hark Pro³, which is more than the website.
I would compare the price on hark.com before subscribing inside the iPhone app.
The App Store also lists a Hark Pro⁴ in-app purchase at $200.00, but Hark's pricing page does not describe it, so I will not guess what it includes.
I have not confirmed Google Play's in-app prices.
| What you will be asked | What I found | My setting |
|---|---|---|
| Notifications | Hark uses them for updates and approvals, and its guide says tracking can lag by a few minutes. | I would allow them. |
| Location | The App Store label lists precise and coarse location, and the sky background simulates your local sky in real time. | I would allow it while using the app. |
| Microphone | Voice is an input option, and your phone asks for the microphone the first time you dictate. | I would allow it if you dictate. |
| Email and calendar | Google Play lists emails and calendar events as optional data used for app functionality. | I would connect email first, as Hark recommends. |
| Phone number | Hark's terms say adding your number means you agree to automated texts, which stop when you remove it. | I would add it only if you want texts. |
| Wallet | Cards sit in the encrypted Secured by Hark vault, which Hark says it cannot view. | I would add it last. |
Hark's privacy policy says it does not use your inputs, outputs, memory, connected account data or sandbox data to train AI models.
It adds that no opt-out is needed.
Hark says it never sells your data or shares it with advertisers.
Google Play's data safety section says no data is shared with third parties and data is encrypted in transit.
The App Store privacy label is long, and it lists user content, identifiers, usage data, diagnostics, payment info, location and contact info as data linked to you.
That is a lot, but an agent that runs your life cannot work without it.
Hark's privacy policy says it relies on your consent for device settings such as GPS location, camera or photos.
You can delete your account under Settings, then Profile, then Delete Account.
Hark's terms say it will ask you to confirm before it spends your money unless you tell it otherwise, and I would keep it that way.
A viewer asked me whether, after Hermes, Muse, Dots, Grok, OpenBot and now Hark, the differences are big enough to configure everything from scratch again.
My answer is that you should not switch for novelty.
Add the app as your personal lane only if it does a real job better than what you have now.
My launch-day walkthrough is in the Hark AI agent quick-start, the plans are covered in the Hark Pro guide, and my score is in the Hark Pro review.
If you want the work lane already built, with the agents, memory and coaching, it lives inside the AI Profit Boardroom.
Yes. Hark Pro by Hark Labs is on the Apple App Store for iPhone, iPad and Apple Vision, and on Google Play for Android under the package name com.hark.android. Both are free with in-app purchases.
Hark lists iOS, Android and web as its platforms. I could not find a native Mac or Windows app, so on a computer you use Hark Pro in a browser at hark.com.
The App Store listing says it requires iOS 17.6 or later on iPhone, iPadOS 17.6 or later on iPad, or visionOS 1.3 or later on Apple Vision, and the download is 102.7 MB.
Yes. Hark says its full feature set is free. On hark.com, Hark Pro² costs $20 a month for 2x more usage and Hark Pro³ costs $100 a month for 10x more usage, and the US App Store shows higher in-app prices of $26.00 and $129.99.
No. Hark's privacy policy says it does not use your inputs, outputs, memory, connected account data or sandbox data to train AI models, and that no opt-out is needed.
Install it from the official listing, connect your email, build one Panel and run "Prep my day" tomorrow morning.
Keep your work in your Agent OS, keep confirmations on, and give your life admin to the Hark Pro app.
