Guest blogging outreach services get your articles published on relevant websites with a link back to you, and they run the prospecting, pitching, content, placement and reporting for you.
My first pick is Goldie Agency, which is my own agency, so I'm disclosing that bias straight away.
The third-party providers I'd shortlist are Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE.
This quick start shows you the five stages, how my Agent OS runs the outreach with AI agents, and how to hire a service without getting burned.
If you'd rather get a plan for your own site, book a free SEO strategy session and my team will map the placements you need.
Guest blogging outreach services are teams that get your articles published on other people's websites, with a link or mention back to you.
They exist because outreach is slow, and most business owners never finish the list.
The article has to genuinely help the host site's readers, because that's the only reason an editor says yes.
The link is the by-product, and the trust you build with that audience is the real prize.
Every provider runs the same five stages, even when the names change.
| Stage | What happens | What you check |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Prospecting | A list of relevant sites that accept contributed articles is built for your niche. | You approve or reject every site before anyone pitches it. |
| 2. Pitching | The editor is found and gets a short, personal email with an article idea. | You know whose name and inbox the pitch goes out from. |
| 3. Content | An article is written for the host site's readers by someone who knows the topic. | You see the topic and the draft before it goes live. |
| 4. Placement | The editor publishes the article with a natural link or mention. | The link sits in the body copy with a plain, honest anchor. |
| 5. Reporting | Every live URL is logged with the date and the target page. | You can open every placement yourself. |
I learned all five stages the hard way.
I started with a cryptocurrency website while travelling in Asia, wrote content for months with zero Google traffic, and only broke through once I learned link building.
That's how Goldie Agency started, and I ran it solo at the beginning.
This is the fastest safe route from nothing to your first published guest article.
You can run all six steps yourself, hand them to an agent, or hand them to a service.
The next section shows how I run them with agents.

My Agent OS runs a crew of AI agents under one shared memory, and outreach is one of the jobs I've handed over.
The tool I use is called Hermes Outreach, and I documented it in my Hermes Outreach link building guide.
It works in five moves inside the dashboard.
In the real campaign from that guide, I pitched my new Mixture of Agents blog post to eight relevant SEO and content sites.
The email the AI wrote offered a link from a relevant post, a guest post or a mention, so the editor could choose what suited them.
Every email carries a plain "reply STOP" line plus a one-click unsubscribe header, and anyone who opts out is suppressed for good.
The finding side is covered in my Hermes Outreach Engine guide, where you can type something like "AI automation blogs that take guest posts" and get real contacts back.
That engine verifies every address, flags giant companies that rarely answer cold email, and tracks who got what on one screen.
I built that verification step because my first cold campaign used guessed role addresses, and nine emails bounced before the whole thing got flagged and shut down.
The agents do the finding, checking and first drafts, and I still read every email, because a person should own every relationship with an editor.
🔥 Want the exact AI outreach setup I run inside my Agent OS?
Inside the AI Profit Boardroom you get the installable Agent OS, step-by-step video tutorials, four coaching calls a week and 3,400+ members building real automations.
You don't have to choose one or the other.
This is how I'd split the work if you hired a guest blogging outreach service and ran your own agents alongside it.
| Job | Your Agent OS does it | A guest blogging outreach service does it | You do it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Prospecting | An agent finds and enriches prospects into named people with real emails. | The service builds and vets a list of publishers. | You decide which kinds of sites fit your brand. |
| Checking | Hermes Outreach validates every address and skips giant companies that rarely reply. | The service checks traffic and relevance. | You reject anything that looks off. |
| Pitch writing | The AI writes a personalised email per prospect from your one-line brief. | The service writes pitches under its own process. | You read every draft before it sends. |
| Content | An agent can draft an outline from your notes and past posts. | The service writes or briefs the article. | You add real experience only you have. |
| Sending | It sends a safe batch each day with a STOP line and unsubscribe header. | The service sends from its own inboxes. | You reply to editors personally. |
| Reporting | Every send, reply and bounce shows on one screen. | The service sends a list of live URLs. | You compare both records. |
The big benefit is that you keep your own record of every contact and placement.
That means you can check a provider's report against your own shared memory instead of trusting one spreadsheet.
If you want the wider SEO version of this setup, my Hermes Agent for SEO guide covers it.
This section decides whether a campaign helps or hurts, so please read it before you send anything.
Google's Search Central blog published a reminder about links in large-scale article campaigns.
It says Google does not discourage guest articles that inform users, educate another site's audience or bring awareness to your cause or company.
It says the problem is when the main intent is building links back to the author's site at scale.
The warning signs it lists are keyword-rich links, articles spread across many sites, writers who don't know the topic and reused content.
Google's current spam policies define link spam as creating links primarily to manipulate search rankings.
The examples include exchanging money for links or for posts that contain links, and links with optimised anchor text in guest posts.
The same page says buying links for advertising is normal when the links carry rel="nofollow" or rel="sponsored".
Google's page on qualifying outbound links says sponsored is the preferred value for paid placements.
So the rule I give my agents is simple, because they pitch useful articles to relevant sites, keep anchors plain and never pitch a paid link without marking it.

I read every provider's own website on 15 October 2026, and I'm only describing what each one says about itself.
I haven't hired the seven third-party providers, and I haven't listed prices, because I won't guess.
The order reflects how clearly each page explains the five stages and how much control it gives you, and it isn't a quality score.
| Rank | Provider | What its own page says |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Goldie Agency (my agency) | It lists manual outreach with no PBNs, real backlinks on high-authority sites and niche-relevant placements. |
| 2 | Outreach Monks | It says it has done manual-only guest posting since 2017 and lets you approve every site first. |
| 3 | Rhino Rank | It says a UK team pitches real site owners by hand and reports every live URL. |
| 4 | OutreachZ | It offers managed guest posts covering prospecting, pitching, content, placement and reporting. |
| 5 | Linkbuilder.io | It says it convinces industry editors to accept well-researched contributed articles. |
| 6 | Authority Builders | It says it does real outreach to real bloggers and lets you browse its inventory. |
| 7 | Loganix | It says experts hand-select placements or you browse its publisher database. |
| 8 | FATJOE | It runs blogger outreach where the post comes from the blog owner. |
It's my company, so this is the most biased section on the page.
The homepage says the agency has 10+ years of results in tough niches and promises manual outreach with no PBNs.
Our manual outreach guide describes the method as creating something link-worthy, finding relevant sites, personalising the pitch, following up and earning an in-content link.
That guide also says AI can research prospects and draft first-pass emails, while a human still owns the relationship.
The free strategy session page lists expert bylines, independent reviews, industry comparisons and research-led coverage as the placements the team plans with you.
Goldstar Links describes the skyscraper technique and a 3-layer approval process for every backlink.Paid work is scoped after the session, so I won't quote a price here.

They are teams that get your articles published on relevant websites with a link or mention back to you. They handle prospecting, pitching, content, placement and reporting.
AI agents can find and enrich prospects, validate email addresses and write a personalised pitch for each site from a short brief. Julian Goldie still reviews every email as a Gmail draft and replies to editors himself.
Not automatically. Google says it does not discourage guest articles that inform users. Its spam policies list large-scale guest posting for links, optimised anchors in guest posts and paid links that pass ranking credit as link spam, and paid links should carry rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
Julian Goldie ranks his own agency, Goldie Agency, first and discloses the bias. His third-party shortlist is Outreach Monks, Rhino Rank, OutreachZ, Linkbuilder.io, Authority Builders, Loganix and FATJOE.
The page describes a free session with a custom visibility plan, a competitor gap analysis and the bylines, reviews, comparisons and placements that fit your market.
Prices vary by provider, site quality and volume, so none are listed here. Goldie Agency scopes paid work after the free strategy session.
Run the five stages yourself once, let agents handle the finding and drafting, and hire a provider that shows you every site and every live link.
