The best private label SEO reseller for link building, on my list, is Goldie Agency, which is my own agency, so I'm disclosing that bias in the first line.
My third-party picks are SEOReseller, The HOTH, W3era, Boostability and That! Company, because each one uses the words private label on its own site today.
If you run an agency and want to know whether my team can fulfil links under your brand, book a free SEO strategy session and ask us straight.
This quick start defines private label honestly, ranks the six providers and shows how an Agent OS checks a reseller's work every month.
Every detail in this table comes from each provider's own website, which I read on 15 October 2026.
| Rank | Provider | How it uses "private label" on its own site | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Goldie Agency (my agency) | A Goldstar Links post says it provides white-label link building agencies can resell, with no separate programme page. | Agencies that need link capacity. |
| 2 | SEOReseller | A dedicated private label SEO page with a consultant-led programme and a real-time dashboard. | Agencies that want guided onboarding. |
| 3 | The HOTH | It calls its reseller offer a private label SEO programme with reports that carry no provider branding. | Agencies that want productised services. |
| 4 | W3era | It defines private label separately from white label. | Agencies that want tailored work. |
| 5 | Boostability | It says white label marketing is also known as private labeling. | Agencies with small local clients. |
| 6 | That! Company | A private label article that describes sales support to the reseller. | Agencies that want help selling. |
I haven't hired the third-party providers, so I'm describing what each one says about itself.
I haven't listed prices, because they change and most providers quote agencies directly.
Most providers use private label and white label to mean the same arrangement.
| Term | What it usually means in SEO | What to ask the provider |
|---|---|---|
| White label | SEO work done by a provider and sold under your agency's brand. | Will any report, email or call show your name to my client? |
| Private label | Usually the same thing, though W3era describes it as white label with custom workflows, reporting or deeper integration with your brand. | What does private label add in your contract, if anything? |
| Reseller | The broad term for selling someone else's SEO work as your own. | Do I resell fixed packages, or can you do specific tasks? |
Boostability's page says white label marketing is also known as private labeling, which is how most of the market uses the words.
W3era is the one provider here that draws a line, and it describes private label as the same as white label with custom workflows, reporting or deeper integration with your brand.
So my rule is simple, which is to ask what the label means in the contract and then judge the provider on the work.

It's my company, so this is the most biased section on the page.
The homepage lists manual outreach with no PBNs, real backlinks on high-authority sites and niche-relevant placements.
A Goldstar Links post on this keyword says, "For agencies, Goldie Agency provides white-label link building that can be resold under the agency's own brand."
That sentence says white-label, and the site doesn't advertise a separately branded private label programme.
There is no separate programme page listing dashboards, reporting or pricing, so book the strategy session and confirm how fulfilment would work for your clients.
Goldstar Links describes a 3-layer approval process for every backlink and a personal account manager.SEOReseller's private label page says its programme starts with an agency consultant learning what your agency provides, followed by a proposal process.
It says it can supply a full line of products to resell or execute specific tasks, and private reseller partners get a real-time SEO dashboard and an account manager.
The HOTH's reseller page describes a private label SEO programme for reselling link building, content and managed SEO under your brand.
It says every report is 100% private label, with no logos, phone numbers or "powered by" footers.
W3era's private label page says its agency packages include white label reporting, branded dashboards, expert execution and dedicated account support.
Its FAQ mentions tailored deliverables, co-branded strategy calls and bulk pricing options for agencies with larger or enterprise clients.
Boostability's white label page says it handles strategy, fulfilment and reporting behind the scenes so your clients only see you.
It has a local SEO section and mentions a dedicated Partner Growth Manager.
That!
Company's private label article says reports carry your name, address, phone number and logo, and that it offers sales support to the reseller.
The article is dated 2015, so confirm the current service before you rely on it.
This is the fastest safe route from a shortlist to a signed provider.
Google's spam policies treat buying links that pass ranking credit as link spam, so ask every provider how its placements are earned.

A private label reseller does the fulfilment, but your agency still has to brief, check, brand and report the work.
That surrounding work is exactly what agents are good at, because it is repetitive and easy to verify.
| Job | Your Agent OS handles it | The private label reseller handles it | You handle it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brief | An agent turns your kickoff notes into a written brief. | The reseller plans the work from the brief. | You approve the brief. |
| Delivery log | An agent records every link, article and fix the reseller sends. | The reseller does the fulfilment. | You spot-check samples by hand. |
| Brand check | An agent scans every report for the reseller's name, logo or phone number. | The reseller sends unbranded reports to you only. | You fix anything that slips through. |
| Link check | An agent opens every live link and flags anything broken or off-topic. | The reseller replaces anything that fails. | You make the final call. |
| Client report | An agent drafts the monthly report under your brand from the log. | The reseller supplies the raw data. | You add commentary and send it. |
The brand check is the one I'd automate first, because one stray logo in a report can expose the whole arrangement.
A person still approves every brief and every report before a client sees it.
AI runs around 80% of the internal operations at Goldie Agency.
The same Agent OS I teach on this site runs content pipelines, multi-surface distribution, automated indexing and tracking, as I explain in my Claude SEO agency guide.
The content side works from transcripts of real work and a written recipe Claude reads before it writes.
If there is no matching transcript, a rule makes Claude stop and ask instead of inventing facts.
Every new URL is pushed to an indexing service, and a weekly Search Console check flags pages sitting just off page one.
My Claude AI SEO rank one guide walks through the whole content workflow.
For an agency using a reseller, the same pattern keeps the briefs, logs, checks and reports inside your own system.

My AI backlink building services post explains where AI helps link building and where people are still needed.
Julian Goldie ranks his own agency, Goldie Agency, first for private label link building and discloses that bias. His third-party picks are SEOReseller, The HOTH, W3era, Boostability and That! Company, because each one uses the term private label on its own site.
Most providers use the terms interchangeably. Boostability says white label marketing is also known as private labeling, while W3era describes private label as white label with custom workflows, reporting or deeper integration with your brand.
A Goldstar Links blog post says Goldie Agency provides white-label link building that agencies can resell under their own brand. There is no separate programme page listing dashboards, reporting or pricing, so agencies should confirm fulfilment details on the free strategy session.
Agents can write briefs from call notes, log every deliverable, scan reports for provider branding, check every live link and draft the monthly report under your brand. A person approves everything before the client sees it.
No. Nobody controls Google, so any provider that guarantees a position or traffic number is a red flag.
The page describes it as a free AI brand visibility session with no obligation. Agencies can use it to ask whether Goldie Agency can fulfil link building for their clients.
Ask what the label means, see a sample report, test the work and let your agents check every report for stray branding.
If you want my team to look at fulfilling links for you, book a free SEO strategy session.
That is how I'd choose the best private label SEO reseller.
